Keeping the saddle tight is a key compontent to keeping beginner and novice riders comfortable and confident and prevents little ponies from getting sore. When the saddle is too loose, it slides around and makes it difficult for riders to keep their balance. The Performance Pony Company colorful billets and latigos with extra holes all the way to the top allow you to cinch up the saddle and keep it in place!
 
NOTE: A smaller cinch is still required on smaller ponies.
